Founded by the Institute of Chinese Cuisine (ICC), the School of Lamian is the world’s first professional academy dedicated to Chinese hand-pulled noodle arts.
Unlike Japanese ramen schools, SOL preserves and teaches the original Chinese lamian tradition—centered around hand-pulled craftsmanship, ingredient mastery, and cultural storytelling.
