2009 | The Origin of Standards: ICC ENTERPRISE traces its roots back to 2009 with the founding of CITAAMERICA. 17 years of excellence in international education and administrative management have provided us with a rigorous DNA for standard-setting, professional assessment, and talent credentialing.

2022 | The Awakening of Culinary Sovereignty: In 2022, the Institute of Chinese Cuisine (ICC) was formally established. Beginning with a profound research project on Chinese Tea, we recognized that true Chinese Cuisine is an inseparable union of "Drink and Food." Since then, ICC has evolved into a comprehensive research and administrative hub for the entire Chinese gastronomy ecosystem.
